The idea of inclusive classroom originated in the United States in the year 1973 with the passage of the Rehabilitation Act. According to this act, the disabled people will be provided with all civil rights and there will be provision for the disabled students in the school also. An inclusive classroom helps students who have physical or learning disabilities to learn along with their peers in the same classroom setup. The term inclusion refers to the idea of accepting difference (Loreman, Deppeler, Harvey & Harvey, 2011).
